Frequently Asked Questions
Welcome to lazybed support. Have questions? We’re here to help! Our knowledge base and FAQs below should have most of the answers you need. However, feel free to reach out anytime.
It’s extremely simple. Try the mattress for up to 125 nights, if you don’t like it we’ll pick it up for free and give you a full refund. If on the 124th night you decide you’re not happy, no hard feelings. There are no costs involved in the return process – we handle everything. You will NOT need to pay any shipping costs or get the mattress back in the box.
No – and our warranty covers this. We use high-density materials that we warranty against valleys for 15 years. Our high density support base layer ensures longevity and won’t sink like traditional spring mattresses do.
Our unique blended Davina foam® is infused with cooling gel. This allows the mattress to sleep cooler than traditional spring or foam mattresses. We also minimize the amount of glue in our mattress to optimize airflow which results in an extremely cool sleep.
There is a distinct top and bottom layer for Lazybed. Unlike other foam mattresses, we make our mattresses with high density materials that allow it to last without the need to flip.
We deliver Australia-wide. Under normal circumstances SYD & MELB metro deliveries will be made the same day if ordered before 10am Mon-Fri. Please allow 1-2 business days for delivery in these areas. If same-day delivery is crucial, let us know and we’ll do our best to prioritise your order.
Most other deliveries are made within 1-3 business days. However, if you live in a rural area of Australia it can take up to 8 business days.
Airflow is extremely important. As with all mattresses, if you restrict airflow by placing the mattress on the floor, you’ll need to take some steps to prevent mildew. Mildew build-up is especially common when placed over an organic (e.g. cotton rug, plywood) or moist surface. In any humid area of Australia, we recommend not running the risk and using a slatted base bed frame.
If you do decide to use your mattress on the floor, you’ll need to regularly prop-up your mattress to let it dry out and prevent any unwanted mold. We suggest doing this at least once or twice a week during humid seasons to keep your mattress fresh and clean.
